Park Run (or Walk) with Francine - Nambour

Put on your Francine for Fairfax campaign shirt, get out in the fresh air and run or walk your heart out!

What is Nambour parkrun?

A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

When: Every second Saturday, 7:00am
Where: Parklands Regional Park, Radar Hill Rd, Parklands, QLD 4560. See Course page for more details.

What does it cost to join in?

Nothing - it's free! but please register before you first come along. Only ever register with parkrun once and don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won't get a time.


Are dogs allowed?

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event.
The only exception to this rule is when accompanied by an assistance dog.
